Eastside Community Aid Thrift Shop
Eastside Community Aid Thrift Shop is an all volunteer-run thrift boutique in Kirkland. For over 40 years, ECA has focused our efforts on providing financial and material support to local nonprofits who address housing, hunger, and mental health for Eastside residents. Each step of how we work is rooted in our local community. Loyal donors provide the donations which become our unique and beautiful inventory. Our volunteers strive to create a shop that promotes community and kindness for all shoppers. Sales become funds to go back into the community through our nonprofit partnerships. For every dollar in sales, between .50 to .60 cents goes to grant funds. By promoting local donors, shoppers, and nonprofit partnerships, ECA stands proudly in and of the community we serve.

For the past 30 years, the Windermere Foundation has donated a portion of the proceeds from every home purchased or sold using a Windermere agent towards supporting low-income and homeless families in our communities. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donates to the Windermere Foundation, and we feel privileged to be able to give back to the communities where we live and work. In 2020, the Windermere Eastside Foundation is thrilled to provide over $235,000 in grants to 26 incredible nonprofits.
